Budget Friendly Home Decor Tips
Declutter and Organize your Home
One of the best times to Declutter a home is when you swap out clothes for the change of seasons. If you haven't worn the bikini or sweater or coat all season, consider donating it or throwing it out if in no longer is in good condition.
Paint
Painting a room is one of the faster and cheapest ways to elevate a space in your home. Even introducing an accent wall can make the space feel fresh and new. It's also usually renter friendly.
Upcyle Furniture
Upcycling furniture is one the most economical ways to get a "new" piece furniture. Thrift stores are full of well made great furniture pieces that just need some sanding and staining love. Or, you could get some chalk paint, apply it to a dresser or cabinet, and make it look brand new!
Contact paper and removable wall paper aren't just for the walls! Grab an old picture with a Fram from a thrift store, paint the frame, and cover the photo or picture in the frame with a contact paper or removable wall paper and voila!, you have a new art piece!

Swap Out Textiles
If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, pillows are the earrings or couches! Just changing your pillows on the couch to whatever seasonal color is in at the time will change the feel of the room. You can do the same with curtains, and your bedroom comforter.
